After forming within the consulting space, Trinity Healthcare Solutions has grown into a leading provider of healthcare rebate management solutions and services with a commitment to providing high-quality services and exceptional customer care.
Meet the Trinity Leadership Team
The Trinity executive team is supported by a dedicated team that works alongside the leadership team to provide the best pharmacy benefit management services to clients. The account team consists of a clinical pharmacist, account consultants, market intelligence, and data and analytics experts. With this diverse set of skills and expertise, Trinity Healthcare Solutions is well-equipped to deliver impactful solutions to clients.
Justin Kaiser, Chief Revenue Officer
Justin brings 15 years of pharmacy benefit management expertise to his role as Chief Revenue Officer of SPS Health. He is a creative problem-solver with experience building solutions in pharmacy analytics, network strategy, and MAC management among other topics. He has deep expertise in contract negotiation from multiple sides, having negotiated pharmacy contracts with PBMs on behalf of pharmacies and from the PBM side on network development and pricing.
Justin earned his BS from Michigan State University and his MBA from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He resides in Ann Arbor Michigan with his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and playing golf and hockey.
Kim Staloch, VP Client Development
Kim Staloch, PharmD, serves as Vice President, Client Development for SPS Health. She is a successful and knowledgeable healthcare leader specializing in developing strategy and building multi-level relationships with complex organizations, including payers, pharmacy and medical service vendors, and other channel partners. Her 25 years of experience working in and consulting on the PBM and medical benefit industries has allowed her to collaborate with organizations seeking to design services that reimagine how healthcare is provided and paid for. She is passionate about helping her clients explore and develop innovative solutions to accelerate their success.
Kim earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. She resides in Minnesota, and enjoys the lake life when home, but loves to head out on travel adventures with her family.
